What we collect
- Form submissions. When you use our contact or property-donation forms, the information you type (name, email, phone if provided, and your message) is sent to us by email so we can respond. It is not stored in a website database.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which guides help people, in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individuals.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, rotated automatically.
Donations
Cash donations are processed by Zeffy, our donation platform, on Zeffy’s secure form under Zeffy’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card or bank details. Zeffy provides us your name, email, and gift amount so we can issue acknowledgments and tax receipts.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
- Require an account or login.
- Send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
Your choices
Email us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Because form submissions live only in our email, deletion is simple and we honor every request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
